The problem you and some others appear to be having may be related to
problems on Microsoft's end due to the current W32.Mydoom.C DoS exploit
(http://www.microsoft.com/security/antivirus/mydoom.asp).
Try posting to this MS Money-specific newsgroup to see if the experts there
have any suggestions, Alexandre:

A quick glance at recent posts to the newsgroup (http://snipurl.com/4f42)
suggests the DoS exploit may indeed be the problem.
