I had to add the FeatureControl and
FEATURE_HTTP_USERNAME_PASSWORD_DISABLE keys to my registry and then
add the DWORD value ("iexplore.exe" = 0) to the
FEATURE_HTTP_USERNAME_PASSWORD_DISABLE key.
