I have just copied and pasted yout www/s in the address bar and all they did was open BT openworld pages. Have you been in there lately and downloaded the latest Dialler manager as they are changing gradually over to BT Yahoo Internet and the new dialler works fine. You can still keep your BT openworld web accounts though. Hope this is of some help
