domain name transfer/ browser problem

I am having a problem with my website www.deborahbutcher.com
I have the domain name redirected from Namezero to my web space on BT @
www.btinternet.com/jerryanddeb/deb
Also www.deeney.com which I also have on my BT web space @
www.btinternet.com/jerryanddeb/matt
Both of these have been down for over a week now, Namezero have checked
their end and the transfer is working fine, they suggest there might be a
problem with my ISP, is there a problem with BT?

Also they seem to work fine when I use these links in this email but when I
type the address into my browser I get a 'Cannot find Server' come up...Why
is this, is it my browser settings???

Both websites have been up and working fine for several years... until last
week.

I am using IE 6.0.2800.1106 and Win98se
