KB832894 - Hover Buttons

I have 2 XP Home, 1 XP Pro and 1 ME system that has had KB832894 applied.
On one of the Home systems IE can no longer display Hover Buttons.

I have tried to back off the patch through Uninstall as well as System
Restore but the problem remains.

Any suggestions to get this system browsing again?
