PDF file doesn't open in Web browser (Acrobat 6.0 or Adobe Reader 6.0 on

Issue
When you try open an Adobe PDF file in a Web browser, a blank screen
appears.
Detail
The PDF file is hosted on a Web Server that uses Netegrity SiteMinder for
security.
