Here's my situation:

On our network we have several Dell desktops with Windows XP SP1 and IE 6
SP1 with all the hotfixes and critical updates installed. These computers
are all identical. We are running into a problem that only happens on two
of these PC's. In Internet Explorer, if they try to open www.cdw.com, they
get a "Page cannot be displayed" error. However, if they do an NSLOOKUP for
www.cdw.com and put the IP address in, they get to this website fine. All
other websites work normally when typing in the address, CDW is the only
website these two computers cannot open normally. Again, this problem only
happens on two of our computers.

All of the PC's on the network are using the same internal DNS server, the
same gateway, and none of them are set to use a proxy server.

Here's the weird thing...if we install the Opera web browser on the two
problem machines, the CDW website opens normally.

This is a really strange problem that I have never encountered before. Does
anyone have any ideas?
