Open IE6 pop-up another one!

Hi,

I open the IE6 browser and it comes up with two IE6
browser all the time. One is always pointing to a website
(www.ye99.com) which I don't want to visit.
I reinstalled the IE6 and I enabled the registry but the
nightmare doesn't come to the end.
Please help!
