I have been having problems with Internet Explorer so I thought I would try
to repair it by going to Add Remove programs and then selecting the repair
option when I selected Internet Explorer. However, when I try this I get the
following error message :
"Error in setupwbv.dll
Missing entry:IE6Maintenance"
I cannot uninstall as I get the same message as before.
Since I last posted I tried to completely re-install IE again but I got the
following error message :-
"Setup cannot continue because files are missing from the installation
directory. Please run Setup again and choose Resume Setup. This will
download the missing files and continue Setup"
Has anyone experianced this message before? Any suggestions as to how I fix
it? It is really quite frustrating because I cannot un-install, repair or
re-install Internet Explorer. I have even put Windows back on top of itself
and it made no difference. Can anyone help me solve my problem, am getting
desperate.
I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance
