Yes, the scrollbar problem appears to be fixed, but we have been plagued with
many calls since rolling this patch out today. Seems that something else is now
broken. We haven't identified the problem yet. Hopefully someone else here
will beat us to it, and it will be "only" another 3 months before another IE
patch.
