Venkatesh,

That is not the right solution for this problem.

That is a solution for using a normal window as a pseudo-maximized
window.

This problem is that when the window is maximized it is not rendered
properly within the Display screen.

Sandi Hardmeier's site gives the usual suggestion for fixing
such a problem.

Unfortunately, it's not very clear that the fix for the problem she is
describing is the fix for this problem.
