Help - with Policy



I have a issue with Loopback policy, I hope you can help.

I have created a loopback policy and linked the policy to the Citrix OU as
shown below.
All the policy settings work. The Problem is that the policy is also being
applied to me and all other administrators.

Security Filtering is left as Authenticated users

Deligation > Advanced
Authenticated users has ALLow > Apply Group Policy Checked

All other admin groups and myself doesn't have any boxes checked for ALLOW
or DENY

If I check the box Apply Group Policy DENY, then the policy is not being
applied to me or admin groups but also it doesn't apply the policy to
Authenicated User even through the Apply Group Policy is checked to ALLOW.

issue.
