Restrict CD/DVD-ROm Access

I found the article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555324 to restrict access
to resources, but this GP disables the CD drive for everyone. I am looking
for a group policy that will allow exclusive access to the CD-ROM drive to
only a group of users.
Any thoughts?
