I am installing a new domain, SAN, and Servers. Where can I find a document on how to push to the workstations all the SQL database ODBC information from a group policy? The ODBC connections will be new. I want them to replace the current ones. All the new servers are Windows 2003 R2 SP2.

You can use Group Policy Preference to push the settings. It has a special UI for doing that. All you need is install the Client Side Extension on the target servers (download free from Microsoft:

Preferences are also capable of pushing .ini files to clients.
