Policy to push ODBC.ini to users in a OU

I am installing a new domain, SAN, and Servers. Where can I find a document
on how to push to the workstations all the SQL database ODBC information from
a group policy? The ODBC connections will be new. I want them to replace
the current ones. All the new servers are Windows 2003 R2 SP2.
