You can use GPMC scripts to do this or if you are PowerShell inclined, you can use my free GPMC cmdlets quite easily. Specifically:
get-SDMgpo * will return a list of all GPOs in the domain, including names. You can even use PowerShell to output that list to a text file and then use it as input for the new-SDMgpo cmdlet to create them in the new domain.
