GP being filtered?

Hi,

I have a policy setup that I thought was working but I just ran a gpresult
on my server and it says that my policy was not applied because it was
filtered. It specifically says this about my policy:

CitrixPS4 lockdown
Filtering: Denied (Security)

As you can tell from the policy name that it is intended to be applied to my
Citrix servers so I have it linked to an OU that contains my Citrix servers
and the Security Filtering is applied to my AD group of Citrix Users.

How can I determine where and why the denial is happening?
