Limiting # of pages printed per user

Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry

Does anyone know of a way to limit the number of pages a person can print in
Windows Server 2003? I have a number of students who think it is a great
idea to print massive .pdf documents of stuff on our printers instead of
their own printer at home.
