Additional Information:

Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=copperstate,DC=technologies. The file must be present at the location <\\copperstate.technologies\sysvol\copperstate.technologies\Policies\{31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9}\gpt.ini>. (Access is denied. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects. Check the event log for possible messages previously logged by the policy engine that describes the reason for this.

That's the network configuration on that DC like? Check with ipconfig /all and look for inappropriate DNS information. Make sure that the DC has itself as the Preferred DNS server and another DC as the alternate DNS server set. If you're not sure, you can post ipconfig /all output here - with appropriate additional information (ip addresses of other DCs and so on)

If DNS is working well (DNS servers are alright) and tests with nslookup for domain and domain controllers have passed, have a look at www.eventid.net and type in your eventids. There's a list of things you can do to resolve your issue.

cheers,

Florian
