NET 2.0 Install

I need to install .NET 2.0 on some of my domain computers. The
redistributable package for NET 2.0 is an exe rather than a msi.

Question- how do I install NET 2.0 using group policy? Is there a msi
package somewhere I could use? or use the exe file somehow?

On another separate subject: how do I post a reply to these newsgroups. The
ones I have tried keep coming back. I am using Outlook Express as my news
reader.
