those solutions, but still along the same lines, however it's still not working. I think I'm closer, and this should work. I have no idea why it's not. Here's what I did.
I have a security group containing the computers that I'd like this to apply to (as previously mentioned). What I did was create a child ou under our desktops ou, and placed only the group within it. Then I linked the GPO to that ou, with the default security settings (Authenticated Users Read,Apply) and loopback processing on merge (I also tried with it on replace, same results). The GPO seems to apply at the computer level, but not the user level. I've been using gpresult /z to try to check the results, but I don't see any information about logon scripts at all (only startup scripts). I know there are at least two scripts that are running at logon that don't show in gpresult. Is there any reason this information won't display there?
