Not possible unless the program has any setting about this that writes it's value to the registry. If that is the case then you can create your own adm for this.

Hi,
I am trying to find a way (using gp preferably or any other way) to
hide all
the icons in the notification area except some specific ones. Like
clock,
volume and safely remove hardware. Is there anyway to do this?
Running 2003 server and clients on xp sp2
