Replace "S-1-5-21-1707875768-2122871152-1233803906-5900" with yours.
The scripts runs only once, because it writes a check-entry into the
registry and a event is created aswell.

In this article you will find a dsget syntax to find the SID from
the group you want to allow access to the services.
