Error 1085 when GP refreshes

I have an error 1085 when Group Policies refreshes. The error message
is: The Group Policy client-side extension Security failed to execute.

I have checked what happened before in Event Viewer and there is an
warning 1202. Security policies were propagated with warning. 0x4b8 :
An extended error has occurred.

For best results in resolving this event, log on with a non-
administrative account and search http://support.microsoft.com for
"Troubleshooting Event 1202's".

I have checked winlogon.log and the only thing I with error or warning
is: Configure c:\.
Warning 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being
used by another process.
Error building security descriptor for c:\pagefile.sys.

I have deleted all edb and res log files, secedid.sdb and log files.
When I forced to refresh Group Policies the same error appeared in the
Event Viewer.

I was going through all solutions on MS website but I can't find
anything working.

I have this error on several computers but not on all. I think I
doesn't depend on access level, because I have this error on one of
the administrators computer, but on the other I don't. Both computers
are in the same OU and users are members of the same groups.

Do you have any ideas about solution for the problem?

Many thanks.
