Not that I'm aware of. I guess you could try naming the folder with "aaaFolderName" as I believe its alphabetical, but that isn't terribly elegant.

Hi,
trying to put a folder with some useful URLs on top of the Favorites list
for every user. The good part is that the folder with the URLs shows up in
the Favorites of the users targeted by the GPO. The bad part is that the
folder is not in the top spot of the favorite list.
Can this be done?
