In addition to blog page pointed at by Florian, I suggest the article at http://support.microsoft.com/?id=810076. Among other things, this article describes which versions of Windows support the "Member Of" feature of Restricted Groups:
Windows 2000 SP4
Windows Server 2003
Windows XP SP1 - with a hotfix
Windows XP SP2

It is perfectly useless to know the right answer to the wrong question.

Tried running the Restricted Group Policy and this removed all users/groups
in the local Admin group except local Admin account
Is there a way to run this or another group policy without it removing
existing members of local Admin group?
Any help appreciated
