You should contact DesktopStandard support about this; as a DesktopStandard
customer myself, I've seen this but don't recall the exact solution, but I
do remember it was an easy fix for their support dept; something about the
proper method of importing their license file, I believe. Generally tho this
group can only answer questions about native Group Policy as released by
Microsoft.

We recently purchased the Desktop Standard PolicyMaker software that
Microsoft acquired several months ago so I submitted a license request and
received a license file. I applied the license file to a test gpo then
rebooted the client computer I was testing the gpo on. Upon reboot the
following error message was logged in the application log:
Policy for machines, in the GPO 'Configuration - Desktopstandard Test
{E3170B0A-2FB6-4516-8389-8386BCFE7E0E}' was not applied because the GPO's
license does not include any OU or domain at or above 'OU=*******
,OU=*****,DC=******,DC=***,DC=***' where the GPO is linked.
What do I need to do to fix this issue?
