- oh i see now, i get your point.....why i didnt think of that :)

and put some GPO with computer settings on it and tried to add a computer.
this computer is the computer where i login the user account in which only
the user settings are being applied but an error saying that the computer
already exist which is in the default container named Computer. my 2nd
concern is that is it ok if move the computer account to the OU which i just
created.

I'm afraid but I don't get your problem, I think. What did you do? Add the computer from where you want to log in into the newly created OU? Logging afterwards in and received an error message?

Of course is it okay to "Move" the computer's Active Directory account into that newly created OU to which you linked your policy - otherwise the computer wouldn't pick up the policy settings again.
