1 group policy for a OU

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I created a new OU and created and linked a GP to it making it enforced.
I thought that would be a simple thing.
But as is the case with all MS tools- it aint that simple as it isnt
performing. Im in a rush so Im going to just put my settings in the
default GP. When I have time, where can I find the tricks to getting this
tool to actually work.
