Push printer

I am still fighting with the best method to automatically install printers
through GPO. I had some success using the Deploy option with 2003R2 but
then had a bunch of failures. I have enabled logging and have seen these
errors:

Failed to search local GPO. Access is denied.

and

Failed to deploy per user connection.... The printer driver is unknown.

I almost gave up, but it seems to me this should be able to work. Any help?
