Software restrictions with Office 2003 + IE7

Hello,
Basically, when using the "only allow these apps" policy, Outlook
loses the ability to open any hyperlinks or mailtos from within any
messages received. IE works when launched directly, and if a website
uses a mailto then Outlook creates a new message. The problem is only
when trying to access a URL or similar in a received message. I've
been using Process Explorer and added a dozen of the dlls used to the
policy, but I still get the "contact your system admin" error
message. The problem wasn't present when using Outlook 2003 and IE6
so I'm 99% sure it's an IE7 issue, and the second I remove the machine
from the OU the policy is applied to, the functionality returns, so
I'm happy that it isn't the PCs that ar broken.
I'd be grateful if anyone knows the process/dll combination I'm
missing on this one, it's driving me crazy.
Many, many thanks on any replies!
