James, this is one of many settings you can control in a very granular
way with Scriptlogic's Desktop Authority. Through validation logic
rules you can have laptops logging in from a specific IP range to have
certain firewall settings. I think you may find this to be more
flexible and simpler to configure than trying to accomplish this
through GP. Check it out.
