I was thinking that the hierachy would be like following :
1) Group Policy login script
2) User profile login script
3) Explorer
but user login script running first thus they are again getting
assigned the same printer like others.
I don't see a way to control it !!!!!!!

This is a very common problem for most admins, login scripts get out
of control, and then windows limits what you can and want to do. There
is an application that is used by a lot of companies to help you
accomplish this, It is Desktop Authority from scriptlogic. It will
allow you to process settins for users how you want in a very granular
