Create GP Objects from SYSVOL files

Hi,

I am creating a new server using files from an old server, I want use
the same Group Policy Objects, how can I create the objects from the
files in \WINDOWS\sysvol\domain\Policies ?

The folders are:
{6AC1786C-016F-11D2-945F-00C04fB984F9}
{7FCF8CD0-1DB3-449A-89CC-A9742A65DE4B}
{8B2E74BA-1C8C-4C31-8FFA-E1843B963B95}
etc.

Each one contains a policy from the old server.

Thanks,
Trent. :)
