Hi,

did you reset the computeraccount in AD prior to joining the computer to the
domain ? It's best you do this, if you want to make sure that the existing
computeraccount in AD is used.
In Ad, right-click on the computeraccount and select "reset account". Then
wait for replication (if you are not sure which domain controller will be
used to join the computer) and join the computer again.

How come it dosnt install office on that PC. if i change the name to a
different then it will install but not with the name it had before.
Why?
