Local System sometimes must be referred to as just SYSTEM

I have a the next problem
Security policies were propagated with warning. 0x534 : No mapping between
account names and security IDs was done.
Im cheking that I have a problem in the user rights of the domain
controler.
im changing all to default permisions but i check that the user "Local
system" dont exist how can i do to restorage this user or it dont exist on
win 2003 like on win 2000?
