individual settings instead of GPO

Hi there,

we have used the GPO to set the connection parameters of IE as well as
blocked the option to modify these changes for all users (to force all users
to access the internet via the ISA server).

How can I re-enable these settings for one particular user resp. computer? I
need to do this for notebooks which sometimes need to be used remote on the
internet.
