Thanks, I actually got it the following morning. I noticed one laptop
(in the domain) didnt have any trouble, so that led me to believe its
not really an Active Directory issue but rather a plugin issue... so I
clicked Tools:: Manage Add-ons.. and i notice the laptop is using
flash9.ocx then i look on my computer and sure enough flash.ocx
lol... its really dumb that i got a "security" warning because my flash
wasnt upgraded fully. So anyways i download flash9 and it works like a
champ. Hopefully this will help someone else out in the future. :)

you can also set security settings for internet sites to medium low.
look in the windows components for the user configuration and browse through
the internet explorer ou. the security settings should be in internet
control panel.
