Programatically accessing Local Security Policy Setting

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi,

I am NOT finding a way to programatically access Local Security Policy
settings introduced in Windows XP SP2 and Window 2003 named: "Network
Access: Allow anonymous SID/Name translation"

As per my investigation, this setting is not stored in the registry unlike
other settings.

Does anybody know location or any workaround to access this settting
programmatically?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Rupesh
