Chris,
I had a similar issue a few weeks ago, getting USERENV 1058 and 1030
every 5 minutes. If you want to look at the topic thread heres the url

I fixed the issue by recreating the GPO causing the error. For me, it
was the Default Domain Policy. Since this cannot be deleted, I used
GPMC to copy the existing policy to a new one, then linked the new
policy in place of the Default Domain Policy. The errors went away and
everything has been fine since. If you want to know more just let me
