I have a Windows 2000 server machine as the main server. I have a set of xp professionals and windows 2000 professional machines as part of its domain. I i apply group policy to these machines. Will it be implemented ? I cannot remove the run option from the windows 2000 machines on the domain. It is only implemented in xp machines why so ? Please help.

Which policy did you try to arole out? What were your attempts? Do the Windows XP and Windows 2000 clients reside in the same OU?

cheers,
