Re: Redirection of folder troubles

I have applied the following policy for my "Computers" OU:
------------------------------------------------------------------------
User Configuration\Windows Settings\Folder Redirection

Desktop Setting: Advanced (Specify locations for various user groups)
<Group> <Path>
Informatics: \\server\home\Desktop

Options
Grant user exclusive rights to Desktop: Disabled
Move the contents of Desktop to the new location: Enabled
Policy Removal Behavior: Leave contents

------------

Unfortunately, I've enabled that the contents of the profile are MOVED to another location. Since the users are using a Roaming Profile. I guess the My Documents folder are deleted from the profile.

Now, a user is logging on to a Laptop that belong to a completely different OU. He will then not be able to reach his desktop, since it point to \\server\home\Desktop.

Can anybody suggest a way out of this mess? I've tried to do the following:

Computer configuration \ adm templates \ System\ Group Policy \ Folder Redirection policy processing: Disabled

However it won't help me

nobody know anything about this?
