Setting up a package distribution GPO

Specification: Package GPO with "authentication users" (read) but
filtered in package security with assign specific computergroup(apply)
and "System account" and "authenticated users" are removed.

Question: Could this set of distribution gpo results in any known
problems cause lack of system account ?
