Saved RDP file passwords not working

I have already setup an OU and GPO,
My problem is that the users in the OU can not use a pre-saved file to
auto-login to the Terminal server. I can not figure out which Group
policy is preventing this. I've checked everywhere. The File is saved
on a shared drive
\\myserver\redirection\user1.rdp
The file opens and works for the name and other information, but the
password does not get passed into the computer. So I always get
prompted for a password. Please HELP!!
I made sure that within the TS (RDP properties) that "logon Setting:
Always prompt for password" was UNchecked.
in addition, I made sure that within the GPO that ...
[User configuration]
[Administrative Template]
[Windows Component]
[Terminal Services]
[Client]
[(Do not allow for passwords to be saved): DISABLED]
Yet the TS still prompts for passwords. Please HELP. I think there is
some sort of Group policy that is set which is preventing the
autologon, but I do not know which one.
I really need some help, as I've been stuck on this for the last two
days, and can not proceed until this is resolved. PLEASE HELP. I
REALLY NEED HELP!!
thank you in advance!
