Also make sure that the sysvol "share" permissions [different from ntfs and
found by right clicking the sysvol share, selecting
properties/sharing -permissions] includes administrators for full control,
authenticated users and everyone with read permissions and no deny
permissions listed. If share permissions are not correct you will see the
dclist is empty error that gpotool reported for your server. --- Steve
