Windows Update - Domain Controller

I am trying to allow Windows Update on my domain controllers using Server 2003

I keep getting the "When trying to access the Update site, you see the
0x8ddd0003 error " Network Policies prevent you from using Windows Update

I have looked all thru the GP's but I must be missing something.

I am just getting my feet wet with GP so I am no expert
