Group Policy Offcie 2003 ADM

I am tyriung to use the excel 2003 ADM in Group Policy. There is an option
for new spread*** link. everytime I populate this with the reuired
spread***, it appears fine in excel but when you click it, it crashes excel
and launches frontpage 2003. I would wlecome any assitance. thaks in advance
