USB HDD, No Driver letter...

I use Hi-Speed USB 2.0 CASECOM HDD Box, whe i plug-in to this dive into my PC
(MS Windows 2003 Server). O/S install the USB device drivers... Evrything is
ok but when i open the my computer or windıws explorer there is no device
drive letter. Please help me, why drive letters not exists ? I login as
Administrator account. Is there a security setting to run this device ?
