messenger 7.5

Can someone please help?? I have installed msngr7.5 onto my computer and
everything is here for it but it wont sign in. I have tried everything with
it but it just keeps saying it cant sign me in. Can someone please help as it
is so frustrating.
I have even uninstalled it and started again but with no luck.
