As Mark mentioned you would need to create a custom passfilt.dll or use a
third party package. Otherwise consider enforcing long passwords such as a
minimum of 15 characters and training your users to think pass phrases
instead of passwords. For instance " I forget my stupid password " would be
an extremely strong password that meets complexity requirements and is easy
to remember. For sensitive accounts consider the use of smart cards and
require there use in user account properties. --- Steve
